PRODUCT POLICY
All products are thoroughly inspected, sealed and securely mailed prior to delivery/shipping.
Modern Queen Life will review replacement requests on a case by case basis. Examples of replacement exceptions include malfunctioning spray bottles, droppers, cracked lids/bottles. Photographs of damaged, unused products must be emailed to info@modernqueenlife.com
Replacements will not be fulfilled for used or opened products or products that have been confirmed to be delivered to the customer for more than 2 weeks.
HAIR ACCESSORIES
All hair/wig accessories (e.g., wig grips, other accessories found online) are thoroughly inspected prior to delivery or shipment.
Product specifications are included in the item description. Be sure you have selected the correct item you wish to purchase as all sales are final for hair/wig accessories.
READY TO SHIP/READY TO WEAR
All ready to ship/Ready to Wear Units are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. Units are not sent in a damaged condition. Units are packed securely and sealed prior to shipping.
Modern Queen Life is not liable for damage caused to products during the delivery/shipping process.
Please be mindful when purchasing your unit as all sales are final. Unit specifications are included in the item description. Prior to purchasing, be sure that your unit is the correct cap size, length and texture you wish to purchase.
Ready To Ship/Ready to Wear Units ship in 7-10 business days unless specified

CUSTOM UNIT POLICY
A non-refundable $25 deposit is required prior to construction of all units. The deposit amount will be applied toward the total of the remaining balance.
Custom Unit Bring Own Bundle Units “BYOB”. Used hair may be accepted; hair may not have glue, thread, product build up.
AMENDED as of 03/30/2020- Due to COVID-19 Precaution, Modern Queen Life will not be making custom units with used hair until further notice.
Used lace/cut lace is not accepted for custom unit orders.
Modern Queen Life may recommend companies hair or lace used for construction; however, Modern Queen Life is not liable to the quality of the hair or lace which is purchased and/or provided by the customer.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
MEASUREMENTS
Measurements are required for all custom unit requests. Please refer to the measurement guide that can be found on the website or Instagram page.
If hair is being mailed in and an deposit has been received, Modern Queen Life will provide a free virtual measurement consult.

*Tracking is required with all in-mail in orders. The tracking number must be sent via email.
Once hair is received, the client will be sent an email notification from Modern Queen Life.
Standard timeframes for mailing completed custom units is 10-14 business days unless otherwise specified by Modern Queen Life.
Shipping is paid for by the customer. Priority Shipping plus (2 day shipping) is $15
ZERO TOLERANCE FRAUD/CHARGEBACK POLICY
A chargeback is a charge that is returned to a payment card after a customer successfully disputes an item on their account statement or transactions report. A chargeback may occur on debit cards, credit cards and other accounts tied to a bank account.
Chargebacks are intended to protect a customer against fraudulent charges and/or purchases. Chargeback fraud is when a cardholder maliciously disputes a charge in an attempt to get their money back from the transaction, while still retaining the goods or services they received.
Modern Queen Life recommends that an email is sent to discuss any dissatisfaction with goods or services before requesting a charge back.
Modern Queen Life will take action against those who fraudulently abuse charge backs to commit theft. Such misuse in charges directly affects our operating costs.
Chargeback abusers will be reported to a Chargeback Protection Agency. This may result in the abuser being unable to make future purchases with other retailers.
